Take off with the "Tante Ju"!

• Massive flight program for Lufthansa Ju52 throughout Germany and Austria

79 years old and still fit for fun: the Ju52, the German Lufthansa Berlin-Stiftung, one of the oldest still active passenger aircraft in the world, has for this summer, an amazing flying program throughout Germany and Austria. Until October, the "Old Lady of Aviation" has planned 631 flights between the North and Baltic Sea coast and the Alpine region of the three engine oldtimer, which was built in 1936 in the Dessau Junkers Works. About 10,000 passengers are expected on board of the "Tante Ju", in its only 16 seats, which made it a large aircraft in the 30s, to experience an equally nostalgic and fascinating flight experience just like in grandmother's time.

If you know Ju52 only from stories and you want to make a step back to the pioneering days of passenger aviation, you have a lot of opportunities all over Germany. In the coming weeks, fans of oldtimers flying can reserve sightseeing flights with Ju52, at airports in the following German cities: Cologne-Bonn (June 15 to 18), Bremen (19 June), Bremerhaven (June 20 to 21) Kiel-Holtenau (June 22), Hamburg (June 23 to 24), Strausberg near Berlin (June 24 to 27), Erfurt (June 28 to 29), Kassel (June 30 - July 2), Eisenach (July 3), Leipzig (July 9), Dresden (July 10 to 13), Nuremberg (July 14 to 21), Schwäbisch Hall (on July 22, for the first time in the Ju52 flight program), Stuttgart (July 23), Friedrichshafen (July 24), Memmingen (July 25) and Munich-Oberschleissheim (July 26 to 27).
In early August, the "Tante Ju" makes a longer trip to Austria, with sightseeing flights in Salzburg, Wels, Wiener Neustadt, Graz and Klagenfurt, just like last year.

Each nostalgic flight of the three-engined propeller plane will take the passengers in 30-, 45- or 60-minute sightseeing flights with Ju52, which can be booked € 219, € 299 or € 389. For distance flights between the airports, the price depends on the length of each route. Also full charter flights are possible, as is the purchase of flight vouchers as a birthday, anniversary or holiday gift. Alegerea inspirată a lui André Rieu

Fără îndoială, primele trei concerte (din cele şapte programate) pe care artistul olandez André Rieu le-a susţinut în acest weekend în Bucureşti, au entuziasmat publicul bucureştean avid de spectacole de calitate. Iar de calitate au avut parte din plin cu André Rieu şi Johann Strauss Orchestra, dar şi cu invitaţii speciali pentru aceste concerte „româneşti”.
Totul fost gândit special pentru noi, bucureştenii, şi acest lucru s-a văzut, s-a simţit şi a fost apreciat din plin de toţi cei prezenţi în Piaţa Constituţiei. De la intrarea spectaculoasă direct prin public, atât a lui cât şi a orchestrei în care artistele purtau strălucitoare costume de epocă, la prezentarea celebrul vals #2 al lui Sostakovici, pe care André îl consideră un al doilea imn naţional al Olandei, şi înaintea căruia fanii şi fotbaliştii echipei Steaua au primit sfaturi preţioase de la violonistul olandez, iar mai apoi la întreg repertoriul.
Fie că a fost vorba de Volare sau Nessun dorma, interpretate de The Platinum Tenors, de Espana Cani - imnul coridelor, de O mio babbino caro, interpretată cu multă graţie de soprana braziliană Carmen Monarcha, de Wishing you were somehow here again, din musicalul The phantom of the opera, melodie interpretată de soprana Mirusia Louwerse, de hiturile anilor ’20, aduse pe scenă de trupa Berlin Comedian Harmonists, de celebrele valsuri marca Johann Strauss - Dunărea Albastră sau marşul Radetzky, ori de Oda Bucuriei din Simfonia a 9-a a lui Ludwig van Beethoven, André Rieu a ştiut să pună în valoare fiecare interpretare.
Chiar şi aparenta supărare a olandezului pe întârziaţii la partea a doua a spectacolului a părut „Made for Bucureşti“, a reuşit să ne bucure, deşi este reluată peste tot pe unde regia show-urilor sale permite…

Dar, îmi permit să-l felicit în mod special pe André Rieu pentru alegerea invitatului român - Gheorghe Zamfir, un artist emblematic indiferent de scena pe care urcă. Iar „emblema” pe care o promovează de zeci de ani maestrul este chiar muzica românească. Interpretarea celebrei piese Păstorul singuratic, alături de Andre, dar mai ales prezenţa sa, a tarafului său, a dansatorilor şi tinerilor naişti pentru Ciuleandra de final, interpretate magistral de Zamfir împreună cu André Rieu şi Johann Strauss Orchestra, mi s-a părut ca un omagiu meritat între artişti de aceeaşi valoare.

De aceea îmi permit să-l adaug pe André Rieu pe lista interpreţilor-artişti apropiaţi sufletului meu!
